AHSVCA Hall of Fame Nominations Open
Nominations for the Alabama High School Volleyball Coaches Association (AHSVCA) Hall of Fame Class of 2026 are officially open, and we’d love your help recognizing someone who has made a meaningful impact on Alabama high school volleyball.
The nomination is quick and easy — think of the person who has most supported the sport, whether that’s a coach (current or retired), official, administrator, trainer, or member of the media.
All it takes is:
- The nominee’s name
- A way to contact them (or next of kin, if deceased)
- A short description of why they deserve this honor
That’s it! Letters of support, photos, and records are helpful but not required.
Nominations are valid for three years, so don’t wait to recognize someone deserving.
Thank you for helping us celebrate those who have shaped Alabama high school volleyball!
CRITERIA FOR NOMINEE:
- 15-years or more experience as an Alabama high school volleyball coach or contributor (e.g., trainers, administrators, officials, sportswriters, junior high coaches, association contributors)
- At least 300 career wins in Alabama high school volleyball (coaches and former coaches only)
- Demonstrated leadership and commitment to high school volleyball in Alabama
- Membership Requirements:
- Current coaches must be an active AHSVCA member, and can be nominated by a member or non-member.
- Non-coaches (contributors) and retired coaches must be an active AHSVCA member OR be nominated by an active member.
*Nominations submitted are good for 3-years.
